GUEST JOURNEY

Step 1: Check your skill level on the ski and snowboard ability chart (available online or the Snow School brochure)
Step 2: Pre-book the lesson or a course of lessons

- In person at Ski Dubai's reception
Step 3: Purchase a lesson pass at the Snow School counter well in advance to secure your lesson. The cashier will advise you on your meeting point
Step 4: Collect your equipment and get changed.
Step 5: Go to the snow school meeting point where your instructor will assist and guide you. The meeting points are:
- Meeting Point 1: All Children and adult first lessons.
Location: in the warm area between the equipment rental area and the workshop.
Step 6: Lesson supervised by an instructor for 1.5 hours on the slope:
- Warm up
- Practise
- Debriefing
Step 7: Return equipment
