ST. MORITZ CAFE
Imagine relaxing in a cozy mountain ski lodge with a crackling
fireplace and looking out onto a fun -filled snow park. St. Moritz
Café offers you that experience. Our menu has a wide selection of
international cuisines to satisfy a variety of discerning tastes.
From snacks to hearty mains, as well as a kid's menu, it is the
perfect place to meet friends and family.
Menu Sample:
BREAKFAST:
- St.Moritz breakfast (beef bacon, veal
sausage, fried egg hash browns, grilled tomato and mushrooms).
- Eggs Benedict (poached egg with hollandaise
sauce and served on toast).
- Plain Omelette (3 egg omelette cooked to
perfection).
- Mushroom Omelette (just as above with fresh
mushrooms).
- A selection of Danish Pastries Croissants
& cakes are on display and available ALL DAY.
APPETISERS:
- Vegetable Spring Rolls (topped with sesame
sweet chilli sauce & accompanied with side salad.
- Chicken Liver Pate (served on crostini with
Dijon mustard and farmers greens salad.
- Hot Wings (served with carrots and celery
sticks with a blue cheese dressing.
- St. Moritz Sharing Platter (a delicious
combination of chicken liver pate, potato wedges, hot wings &
vegetable spring rolls served with side salad and dipping
sauces.
SELECTION OF SALADS:
- St. Moritz Greek Salad (with breaded Feta
cheese).
- Walnut and Blue Cheese Salad (mixed greens
with walnuts. Normandy apple blue cheese and a walnut. Raspberry
vinaigrette).
- Bistro Steak Salad (seasoned strips of
steak filets, mixed field greens, romaine lettuce, Roquefort
cheese, boiled eggs and diced avocado with balsamic
vinaigrette.
- Tomato & Buffalo Mozzarella Salad (with
pesto calamata olives and mixed lettuce served with toasted
baquette).
- Seafood Salad (marinated squid prawns,
hammour, salmon and crab served with mixed greens.
- Nicoise Salad (Boston lettuce, soft boiled
egg, dolphin friendly tuna, ripe cherry tomatoes, green beans,
marinated potatoes and black olives all tossed with a French
dressing) with or without the anchovies?
- Caesar Salad (Add Shrimp, Add
Chicken).
FRESHLY PREPARED SOUPS WITH OVEN FRESH BAGUETTE:

Savoury pancakes cooked to order (Grilled Chicken with mushroom and
Cantal cheese, Crepe of the day).
SANDWICH SELECTION: (All sandwiches are served with French

- St.Moritz Club (grilled chicken with turkey
ham, Emmental cheese, fried egg & mayonnaise on toasted white
bread).
- Seafood Club (smoked salmon, prawns,
avocado, tomatoes and beef beacon on toasted white bread).
- The Lodge flame burger (fresh ground chuck
burger flame grilled with sautéed mushrooms beef bacon and melting
Emmental cheese served with coleslaw).
- Croque Monsieur (toasted cheese and turkey
sandwich topped with béchamel and melting Swiss cheese).
- Steak and cheese Ponini (Emmental cheese,
marinated beef roasted peppers, mushrooms and garlic aioli).
- Spicy Chicken Wrap (chicken marinated in
spices with red onion cabbage, romaine lettuce and plum tomato
served in a wheat wrap.
MAIN COURSE:
- Char-grilled Rib Eye (topped with Café de
Paris butter, served with sautéed mushrooms and garlic mash
potatoes).
- Beef Tenderloin with Gulf Prawns (garlic
mash potatoes, sautéed vegetables, topped with pepper corn demi
glace).
- Char-grilled Lamb Chops (served with garlic
mash potatoes and grilled vegetables with a rosemary demi
glace).
- Oven baked Hammour with Provencal Herbs
(served with sautéed baby potatoes and spinach topped with a tomato
and citrus compound butter sauce).
- Chicken Cordon Blue (with ham, Emmental
cheese and served with sautéed potato and mushroom veloute).
- Grilled Atlantic Salmon Fillet (served with
fennel spinach and asparagus on a bed of mashed potatoes).
- Lamb Tagine (braised lamb shanks served
with caramelized onion, cinnamon sauce, carrots roasted almonds and
prunes).
- Roasted Half Chicken (marinated half
chicken, Parmeason cous cous and pan jus).
- Chicken Pie (white meat chicken, mushrooms,
garlic and shallots in a cream reduction and a puff pastry
lid).
- Beef Stew (a hearty helping of beef potato,
celery onion garlic and tomato served with crusty bread).
